Short description

This project is based on a questionnaire study of all employees working in correctional institutions in Lower Saxony. The investigation concentrates on different aspects of correctional work, e.g. health risks, job satisfaction, daily and anticipated challenges, etc. The project is thematically and methodologically linked to two other ongoing projects at the KFN, The Consequences of Incarceration and Police in the Process of Change.
