Visit by a South Korean delegation to the KFN

16. April 2026

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of welcoming a delegation from the Korean Institute of Criminology and Justice (KICJ).
Following an introduction to our respective institutes and areas of research, it quickly became clear just how many common interests we share – particularly in the field of sexual violence and victimisation research.

During the meeting, prospects for future collaboration were explored and formalised with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).

In addition to the professional discussions, there was also time for personal conversations and a meal together, allowing us to round off the meeting in a pleasant atmosphere.

Many thanks to everyone involved, and in particular to Ms Baek for her excellent support as a translator.
We look forward to the future with great anticipation!
