The application of Article 9 paragraph (1) VSG NRW has to be evaluated up to 1st October 2021. In particular, the evaluation focuses on the frequencies and effects of powers of interventions in relation to fundamental rights and evaluates how effectful these interventions are in order to protect the free democratic fundamental order.
Within the framework of the project, the significant factors influencing the radicalisation of minors should be analysed criminologically and sociologically. In addition to the legal evaluation mandate, the further causes and any derived measures should also be examined. According to that, the relevant influencing factors for the radicalisation of minors as well as the possible preventive measures should be identified.
